Deciding to Make a Difference in your Business, and be More Effective With Less Effort!

Deciding to Make a Difference in your Business, and be More Effective With Less Effort!Do you ever find yourself drifting along doing what you think is right, but not REALLY knowing if you are being true to yourself, or using your time effectively? Are you in “busy-ness” or “IN BUSINESS”?

Imagine making a little time to improve your business by just 1% a day, imagine the difference that will make to you and your family in a year!

Decide to give 100%, to follow through, and think about how much you desire to make positive changes, how much do you want this?

With my blogs I aim to help you to make sure you know exactly what you want, and to take consistent action towards more success in small, manageable steps.

So, I ask you…

What decision have you been putting off in running your business?  What would you like to change today to really make a difference?

Is it to make an important call, a new commitment, or even to clear out your office space for the year ahead and to make a fresh start?  Whatever this one decision is, take an action step towards it now.  It is important to cement any new decision with its first action (no matter how small) to begin the momentum, so this is our aim for today: to make a decision, that’s maybe been on the “back burner” for a while, and to get your momentum kick started.

Many of us focus our attention on the things that don’t empower us.  I look forward to help you to focus on what matters most to you.  Just decide that you are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.

Have you heard of the 80/20 rule?

Here’s what the Wikipedia has to say about it:

“The principle was suggested by management thinker Joseph M. Juran. It was named after the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto, who observed that 80% of income in Italy was received by 20% of the Italian population. The assumption is that most of the results in any situation are determined by a small number of causes.”

So it’s quite possible to be more effective with less effort by learning how to identify the 80/20 principle that 80 percent of all our results in business and in life stem from just 20 percent of our efforts.

Why am I explaining this?  Well, because I’d like to support you to identify where you would like your efforts to be.  Do you ever find yourself so busy and caught up in your business doing all the little things, ie housekeeping etc, and wondering where your day has gone and what you’ve achieved?

During my programme’s and blog’s, if you are willing to consistently use each key message and take action in the exercises, you will be able to understand and apply the 80/20 rule to your life and business, working on the fastest route to the cash, the tasks that bring you income, leading to more time with your family, and potentially more income to outsource those “run around” tasks that suck your time and energy.
How does that sound?

If it sounds good to you, then without further ado, make sure you have done the decision exercise, keep note of your response, and take your first action towards it now.
